Updates and some video entertainment
Here are a couple of updates on my life recently.
- I received a call from our property manager yesterday, letting us know that we had an applicant for our third unit in our fourplex. Looks like we’re about to have 75% occupancy and going to start bringing in some cash flow.
- Our family is planning to close on our refinance this week which should save us quite a bit each month.
Now for the entertainment. I am not endorsing this show, but it is timely. Many people are probably feeling this way over the last year or so.
