Update on our vacancies
I guess I forgot to mention this to you, my loyal readers.
We do have one tenant who moved in last Saturday. One down, three to go. Actually I also showed one of the units to a young couple last Saturday who said that they would let me know this week and then move in by March 1st at the latest. It looks promising. This would be good for us too, because then we will be approaching the break-even point and can start thinking about a profit with the next two units. Well, a profit after we recover the costs of all of our start-up purchases and repairs.
