Our first tenant application
Woo hoo. Right now, I’m feeling a tiny sense of excitement and stress reduction. Our property management company just called and let me know that we have an applicant who wants to move into one of our units in 2 days. That was completely unexpected. I don’t know all of the details yet, but if they went to the trouble of applying, verifying their employment, etc. then hopefully they are serious. I’ll let you know the outcome as more information comes in.
I guess this means that we need to get the rest of the units ready as soon as possible.
