		<description>Right on! To be fair, there are lots of folks who complain about long waits at US ERs. However, because these hospitals still have incentive to entice patients to seek treatment in their facilities you see hospitals advertising a 30 minute guarantee, where you&#039;ll see a physician or nurse practitioner in less than a half hour.  Even hospitals that don&#039;t offer that guarantee are constantly looking at how to eliminate ER waits because they realize it is a major dissatisfier.  If you take the free market out of healthcare, would that be the case?</description>
