I've thought about this. Not the actual menu, but the timing. I'd request my last meal three or four days before the execution. I have this thing about being executed with a big glob of undigested food in my gut.

I've come up against the same issue with The Standard. Seems like an attempt to conceal expenses & fees and make it difficult to do cross comparisons with competing funds.

We still use the CC for most of our purchases, never carrying a balance, and collecting the cash rewards every few months as they build up. I'm surprised they haven't cancelled us yet. I guess they make enough off of the vendors to make it worth it for them.

I just cut up a card from Citibank, because they were getting ready to impose a $60 annual fee if I didn't have $2,400 a year in activity. I hadn't used the card since late 2008, so it wasn't much of a loss.

Nice! I loved how that said: "investments of time, love and devotion are made every day."

Sometimes in the secular world, there's too much measurement on financial wealth. I have some friends that are so rich in their genuine relationships & the amount of love they have. When I see their children it is so awesome because they are filled with joy & always know their parents love them. Even if they had awful things happening they still could laugh & thank God for what they have. That kind of wealth is so precious ^_^
