The 1040 forms for both President Obama and Vice-President Biden have been made public. Sorry identity theives, but they have whited/blacked out home addresses and social security numbers. You can download them via the following links:

I received a call from our property manager yesterday, letting us know that we had an applicant for our third unit in our fourplex. Looks like we’re about to have 75% occupancy and going to start bringing in some cash flow.
